- screen supports a stylus,

MWC 2012 : Lg Optimus 4X HD Quad-Core

Posted on 07:36 by Unknown

LG Optimus 4X HD is an Android 4.0 running smartphone which comes with quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, while a 4.7” 1280 x 720 display accompanies its larger than life status – and if that’s not enough, it’s packaged all within a 8.9mm casing. It also features an 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing snapper, 21Mbps HSPA, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, 16GB of storage, NFC and Bluetooth 4.0. Worried about the pitfalls with battery drain with this one? Well, the handset packs a hefty 2,150 mAh battery to hopefully give it enough juice to get through a day.

  • Very big display (4.70 inches)
  • Fast mobile data support (4G)
  • Extremely high pixel density screen, over 300ppi (312 ppi)
  • High-resolution display (720 x 1280 pixels)
  • Very fast processor (1500 MHz)
  • Lots of RAM (1024 MB RAM)
  • High-resolution camera (8 megapixels)
  • HDMI connector for TV-out (via microUSB)

MWC 2012: New Protective Smartphone Coatings

Posted on 07:14 by Unknown

Look at devices treated by these companies to see the way they react to liquid. You can decide for yourself if this technology is going to be a must-have for phones in 2012.

Of course, that might depend on whether you store your tech devices in a bowl of water. HzO decided to show that a Samsung Galaxy Tab can perform perfectly with HzO's protective coating, even while sitting in a bowl of water. Removing the back of a phone won't cause problems as the treatment coats both the inside and outside of the device.

Galaxy Nexus

Posted on 22:24 by Unknown

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus offers the best accessible technology in every facet of its hardware. The screen has advanced feature, with AMOLED technology providing an approachable and instinctive means to navigate the applications and interface. It is a pretty large screen with 4.65 inches, so can do better than several competing handsets such as Galaxy S2. Of course, it is good news for users who likes to watch video, view photo, surf the web and play games on their phone. There is lots of space for storing the files like these, with both 32 GB and 16 GB version available. Although it has less micro SD slot, but it is not a problem for users to internal storage. The Galaxy Nexus phone has competent camera. Though it has 5 mega pixel camera which gives 2592x 1944 resolution, but still it has all features that give an excellent quality images and 1080p HD video. Led flash and auto focus are included with face detection. It also has a front facing camera to self portrait photos and video calls.  3G coverage of phone allows the user to stream data, and put it on the level of Galaxy S2, which is seen as benchmark Smartphone on this respect.

But the most worthy feature of screen is its resolution, with 720x 1280, it is a first mobile to improve over Apple’s “retina display” that found in iPhone 4S and iPhone 4.

The Samsung Nexus has specs to avail fast internet surfing. It also provides Wi-Fi connectivity, and Wi-Fi hotspot feature that allows user to utilize the handset to avail Wi-Fi to other device like laptops or tablets.

HTC Sensation Special Update

Posted on 21:14 by Unknown

The HTC Sensation runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with the latest HTC Sense UI skin on top. The new Sense UI features HTC’s active lockscreen which serves live information, like weather and stock prices right without the need to unlock the phone. In addition the active lockscreen allows you to unlock straight into an app by dragging its link into an unlocking circle.

The Sensation features a 4.3-inch qHD Super LCD screen with Gorilla Glass that displays a whopping 540×960 pixels. The display also features a contour design along the entire edge of the screen which HTC claims lend a premium feel to the device while at the same time protecting the screen from grit and sand when it’s placed screen-side faced down.

The HTC Sensation also brings with it HTC Watch video store which allows users to download movies and television shows by renting or buying them directly from the device. We doubt that this feature will be of much use here in Malaysia.

Processor-wise the Sensation is packing a 1.2Ghz dual-core Snapdragon with 768MB RAM and 1GB of internal storage. In the camera department, there’s an 8MP rear camera with dual LED flash and 1080p HD video capabilities. HTC says the camera offers instantaneous shutter response allowing you to capture images and videos faster. At the front you get a standard VGA resolution camera.

In addition the the plethora of wireless connectivity the Sensation supports both HDMI and DLNA output as well. Powering all this is a 1520mAh battery.

Update on Sony Ericsson Xperia X8

Posted on 19:26 by Unknown
Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 and X10 Mini

NDGQ7YEZES94

X8 have many of the same thing as the above two, but the brilliance of X8 is:
  1. X8 is cheaper than both XPERIA X10 and X10 Mini
  2. X8 is not clumsy as XPERIA X10 and have bigger screen than the X10 Mini
SE X10 Mini (Mini and Pro) has so far been huge sales successes. Sony Ericsson X8 takes everything great from both the large and small version of the XPERIA series and summarized in a mobile.

The 3" touchscreen of the X8 Android multimedia smartphone lets you enjoy a perfect combination of entertainment and ease-of-use. Connect through 3G or Wi-Fi. Type your messages on the virtual QWERTY keyboard. Find your way with Google Maps and GPS.
The X8 media phone with touchscreen gives you high-speed Internet - and lets you have it your way. Enjoy instant access to your favorite functions via the customizable four corners of the home screen.

So which one should u take x8 or x10 ?
